3locations has direct access to the MLS® and it’s available on your phone whenever you need it. We are launching our FREE Mobile MLS® service in the Greater Vancouver area and will add more MLS® databases as we expand. Our main objective is to increase productivity, improve client communications and reduce the need to print listing information.
3locations provides Realtors and their clients access to MLS® information on their phones while they are away from their computers. Real estate listings are available by SMS and complete details, images and maps are available on the mobile web. As well, for FREE exposure, it’s easy to publish your listing’s to Twitter and Facebook from your mobile phone.
Text Address to 778-321-4411
Simply send a text message with an address or street intersection to 778-321-4411 and our system will send you the 3 closest listings. The individual listings will arrive within 1 minute (faster when you subscribe to a PRO Account).
Receive 3 Closest Listings
The address should include the property number, street name and city. The address does not have to be an active listing because our system performs a proximity search and will send the 3 closest listings regardless.
Listing Details & Web Link
Once you have identified the property you are looking for, simply click on the text message to review the listing details. The two other listing are for comparison.
You can click on the short URL embedded in the text message to open a Mobile Optimized MLS® website.
To provide the most benefit to our clients, our products are available as white-label solutions that display the real estate company’s name and Realtor’s contact information.
